Zeacom Admin – how to log in manually

Manual Queue Log in – 7941 Phones to access Call Queues:

 

If the agent has the Zeacom Phone Service, then:

  • Press services button
  • Select Zeacom Service
  • Select Login
  • Enter Agent ID: (Normally the ext number)
  • Enter Class ID: (Leave blank if using the default class)
  • Enter Pin: (Use voicemail/desktop pin)
