Zeacom Admin – how to check or set up a holiday

Log on to Zeacom administrator

Click Announce, you will see the following recorded announcements

 

 

Next click on Queuing, you will see the following

 

Double click on the queue to which the announcement will be applicable.  This will usually be 8002 Repairs and 8003 Housing.  You will then see this screen

 

Click on Modes and you will see this screen.  From here you can check that the announcement has been applied to the queue in question.

 

Click on Schedule and you will see the following screen

 

Click on Show Holidays and you will see the following screen

 

Click on the General then Holidays and you will see the following screen

 

Double click on the holiday and you can check or amend the time that the holiday announcement will play from and to
