Zeacom Admin – call recording administration

At the bottom of this screen you will see “Administration”.  Within here you must administer those you wish to have calls recorded.  When people join your team, or leave your team you must add or remove them accordingly.

 

Expand this and you will see:

 

The user types are very self-explanatory:

 

Non recorded user Staff who you don’t want to record are placed in this group.
Recorded User Contact centre staff who use Zeacom Touchpoint and who you wish to record must be in this group
Recording Team Leader Use this User Type for users whose primary responsibility is monitoring or evaluating the conversations of other Record and Evaluate users.
System Administrator Use this User Type for Record and Evaluate system administrators

 

If you click on the group, and to the left you will see those within that group.  So in this case, these people will have their calls recorded if they are logged into Zeacom Touchpoint.  We have 30 licenses, which means the first 30 people logged into Zeacom will take a license and their calls will be recorded.  If the 31st person logs in, then their call will not be recorded.

 

To remove people from the group, click on their name, then right mouse click then edit user

You will notice the drop down box below and you will see “user type” .  Choose whether you want the person to be recorded or not, then click Apply then OK.

Likewise, if you want to add someone to the recorded pool, go to Non recorded user group.  Select the user in question.  Right click and edit user as you did earlier then change the user type to Recorded.
