Background Scenario
You have been assigned a TMI to audit. This guide will show you how to mark your decision. This guide is for Area Housing Managers only.
Auditing a TMI |
If you are checking a TMI for audit purposes go to the Internal Auditing section at the bottom of the TMI and then pass or fail the record using the drop down menu. |
If you mark No – you will be asked to add a reason for that decision.
SAVE the record. |
Once the record has been saved the audit table will autopopulate with an audit entry. If the record has been rejected the reason will also be shown in the audit table. |
Reports of audits will then be created by our management information team. Please note that this process can be repeated as many times as is needed. You can audit the same TMI a number of times. |
