Adding a Notice to a TMI – YODA steps |

If you need to add a notice to the TMI record. Remember you must do this first on the tenancy screen. | |
Click on the tenancy hyperlink on the TMI to open the tenancy screen. | |
If you have grounds on which to base your notice add these under the Grounds section on the Tenancy screen. | |
Then click on Notices in the breadcrumb trail menu. | |
That will launch the notices associated view. Click on | |
When the ‘Create new notice form’ has launched, select the ‘Notice Type’ | |
Next populate the ‘Creation officer’ and ‘Officer served’ fields with your name. | |
Next complete the Date of Service field.
Save your notice – keep your notice open. |

Go to the TMI field. Add the TMI to the notice by clicking on the magnifying glass and selecting the TMI from the drop down list. (This will automatically update the TMI with the notice). Note: This will only work if you have added the tenancy to the TMI. | |
SAVE the notice again. Click on the TMI field in the notice to return to the TMI. | |
When you are on the TMI, your notice will be visible (see right), as well as any related dates and notice status. You will also get the option to clear the notice if necessary |
