Asset Strategy and Investment (the Asset Technical Manager) will instruct the appointed solicitors to open a file and manage the claim on our behalf. Bron Afon deal only with the administration of the claim, i.e. providing information / documents relating to the repair’s history, customer contacts, etc and confirming instructions at various points in the process in response to the solicitor’s recommendations; our appointed solicitors manage the claim on Bron Afon’s behalf.
We will arrange for any repairs that we are required to undertake, as advised by our Expert Witness, to be completed.
