Who can make a complaint?

Anyone, who has received, or was entitled to receive, a service from us can make a complaint. This also applies if they have suffered due to the inappropriate or lack of action taken by Bron Afon.

They can also put forward a concern on behalf of somebody else (they can also ask someone to do this on their behalf):

  • Someone who is unwell or has died
  • A child
  • Those who don’t have the ability to submit their own concern
  • You’ve been asked to do so by the affected person

We might ask them(or representative) for proof that they have been given/have given permission to submit a complaint on their behalf.

If someone makes a complaint to you, you can take this from and them and send on their behalf to complaints@bronafon.org.uk or assign an activity to the Customer Quality Team on YODA.
