Personal Injury
“Personal injury” is the legal term for an injury or illness caused (or made worse) by someone else’s negligence. If a customer has suffered in these circumstances, they may be able to make a claim for compensation from those responsible.
Our insurance policy to make a claim in these cases is held with Zurich Municipal. Customers should obtain their own independent legal representation if they have suffered an injury and believe Bron Afon are responsible for the injuries sustained. Your legal representation will then present the claim to Bron Afon Community Housing and the claim will be investigated in the appropriate way.
Employers Liability
Employers’ liability insurance safeguards businesses against legal and compensation expenses from employee claims. If an employee falls ill or sustains an injury whilst working, the employer could be held liable.
