The next action date is a tool on Yoda to use to flag accounts to the CHO to be worked.
For example if the customer is in arrears and advised they would clear in full next Thursday you would set the next action date for the Friday. The account will then appear in the CHO view to be worked on this date and they can check if the customer has followed through on the agreed actions.
However it will not show if the customer has an ATP or rent paid frequency on the account.
