During the claim we may ask for some or all of the following:
- The insurance provider details and their policy number
- Details of what happened, where it happened and who was involved
- Details of our driver and our vehicle registration
- Details of any damage to their vehicle (including photos)
- Details of any emergency services involved or Crime Reference number (where applicable)
- Any supporting documents the customer has available
When making a motor accident claim, please note, the claim must first be submitted against you own motor insurance policy. We will then await to receive correspondence from your insurance provider and when correspondence has been received, a claim will become active. It will be a condition of your policy to notify your own insurance provider immediately following an incident.
