What if there is mess left behind from grass cutting?

If a customer contacts us to inform us that there has been mess left behind from grass cutting, as a
‘rule of thumb’ it is best to check if the crews are on site or if the grass was just cut. This is because the ‘back-up crew’ may not have done the back-up work to clear up which happens the same day as operations.

If the mess (trimmings in the road or path) problem is a day or more old you should report that to TCBC as follows (1) report to
streetscene@torfaen.gov.uk and (2) Cc to the following for monitoring – Louise.Powell@torfaen.gov.uk, Ryan.Pattimore@torfaen.gov.uk and Estate.Management@bronafon.org.uk.
