What are the benefits of the new Intratone system?

  • Customers can answer calls when they are not home, so they wouldn’t miss any visitors calling or deliveries.
  • They could ask for their parcels or deliveries to be left with a neighbour.
  • Customers don’t have to get up to walk to their handset, which is usually located in the hallway and answer the call, they can do this wherever they are, if they have a mobile phone.
  • If a customer has left their fob in their flat and gone outside of the building but have their mobile phone with them, they can call their flat via the door entry panel, answer the call and let themselves in.
  • The new system will help us keep up to date with customers phone numbers, because if they change their number and don’t inform us, they will no longer receive any calls from the door entry system.
