Video interpreting – how to use Language Line

LanguageLine’s Insight Video Interpreting allows you to connect to video and audio interpreters in over 250 languages, including Welsh and British Sign Language.

Available within seconds at the touch of a button, LanguageLine’s Insight Video Interpreting allows you to connect to video and audio interpreters in over 250 languages, including Welsh and British Sign Language.

This is useful if you have a planned meeting with a customer at the office or where there is WIFI. To find out more have a look at this demo.

Here’s a useful guide to getting started:

1. Firstly download InSight via the App Store, Google Play Store or visit http://insight.languageline.com.

2. You will be prompted to enter an authentication code and device name. Enter your name and select your service area’s authentication code from the list below and click ‘Activate Device‘:

3. After activating your device, you will see this screen – you will automatically see the top languages used. There is an option to see all the languages provided (on the left hand side) or you can search by language or country name

4. You’re ready to select the desired language to connect to an interpreter.
