Tree blocking light/satellite signal

Tree works will not be carried out to improve reception of the above services where the trees in question would not otherwise require works.

We, like most landlords have a no right to light rule.  We will not cut a tree down if it is healthy even if it is blocking light or shading a garden.

We are not responsible for making sure that a tree doesn’t block a satellite signal.  A provider must advise a contract holder if a signal may be affected by the surrounding land and trees before installation. We will not attend for this.

There are no circumstances that a tree will be removed (whole or part) to improve a reception.

If, the customer claims the tree is dangerous request a description of how and images that demonstrate this claim.
