Touchpoint – wrapup an outbound call

You may have Wrapup configured for outbound/callback queues. If so you’ll need to Resolve the call and wrap it up. Wrapping up an outbound call is easy. Here’s how:

  1. After you have made the callback, hover over the call bar or use the drop down arrow in the interactions window and select End Call.

  1. We’ll display the Resolve Callback window.
  1. Select the appropriate option and we’ll close this window and open the Wrapup tab in the Interactions window.
  2. Enter your Wrapup details
  3. Click Complete Wrapup

Tip We’ll let you access the Resolve Callback and Wrapup options before you end the call so it will be possible to resolve and wrap up the call before the call is completed. You can hover over the call bar or use the interaction window drop down arrow to access the required options.

Note The call must be resolved before we display the Wrapup tab in the interaction window.
