You may need to send DTMF tones (the tones you hear when you press a button on a phone) to complete automated tasks when on a call. You can always use your phone to do this, but you can also use the DTMF Keypad feature in TouchPoint.
This feature allows you to enter PIN numbers, navigate through IVR menus, control voicemail mailbox options, and so on, without having to switch to a physical phone.
When on a connected call, the call bar menu has the DTMF Keypad button. Click this button and we’ll display the DTMF Keypad. You can now simulate phone keypad key-presses and send DTMF tones to the other party.
Note The keyboard is only available when you’re on a call. We’ll automatically close it when the call is put on hold, gets transferred, or completes
