Touchpoint – taking notes about a call

The Interactions Window has a Scratch Pad that gives you a place to enter notes about your current call.

To display the Scratch Pad, hover over the Touchpoint call bar, then click the Notes button.

Tip Your notes will be saved when you exit TouchPoint (you can view saved notes from the History panel).

Notes

  • If you’re on more than one call, there’s a Notes button for each of your calls.
  • If you’re on a connected call and transfer it to another TouchPoint user, your notes will be passed on when they answer the call.
  • If you have put your caller on hold and make an outbound call to another TouchPoint user, your call notes will only be passed on when the transfer is complete.
