Touchpoint – taking a break

Breaks let you stay logged into your queues but take a rest from the queue calls that we’re sending your way. You’ll normally use breaks for scheduled and ad hoc rest, such as when you want to take a coffee or lunch break.

When you’re on a break we won’t give you any queue calls, so you can relax for a bit. The reason why you’re taking a break and the remaining break time appear next to your name, so you know when your time is up.

Tip If you are on a call, you can click on the break button so that we do not deliver another call to you when the current call has ended. You won’t lose any of your break time, as we won’t start your break until you have finished with the current call.
