Touchpoint – swapping between calls

If you have more than one caller on your line you can easily swap between calls. To swap between calls, hover over a held call on the TouchPoint Call bar, then click the Swap to button. We’ll put the active call on hold and connect you to the other caller.

You can also swap between calls on a secondary line.
