You can choose to:
- Automatically sign in to TouchPoint using your Microsoft Windows account – Your system administrator will need to enable this functionality. If this function is not enabled, the Sign-in and Sign-out Preferences will not show the Option to select your Microsoft Windows account to log in.
- Automatically log in to queues using your default Login Class – This automatically logs you into a queue when you sign in.
- Automatically log out of queues when TouchPoint exits – When you exit the application, you are automatically logged out of queues.
- Automatically go on a Break when screen is locked – If your computer automatically or manually locks, you will automatically be put on a break by the system. The system will display a break reason as locked PC.
Note If you are in worktime and your screen locks you will automatically be put on a break.
- Automatically finish the locked PC Break when screen is unlocked – Automatically finishes your locked screen break when you unlock your screen and logs you back into queues.
You can also choose to be automatically logged out of queues when you exit TouchPoint.
