Touchpoint – selecting queues to view

You can select to display queues other than your own delivery queues in the Queues view.

When you log into TouchPoint we’ll display all your delivery Queues in the Queues info panel. However, in order to better understand the overall situation in your organisation, you may need to view queues other than your own delivery queues. Here’s how:

You can use the Queues drop down filter to display additional queues or change the queues that are displayed in your view. We give you the following options:

Filter Description
My Delivery This will display only the queues you get calls from (The default selection).
My Department This will display queues for your department (Setup in Administrator).
My Company This will display all queues in your company (Setup in Administrator).
My Selection This will display a custom list of queues to view (Setup by you, using the Customize link below).
Customize The Customize Queues filter allows you to customize the My Selection view.

  1. Click on the Queues drop down filter.
  2. Click on Customize.
  3. Use the Filter view option to find the required Queues, if necessary.
  4. Check the Queues you want to display in your My Selection view.
  5. Always show the queues I have delivery from” is checked by default. This shows your delivery queues as well as the queues you selected. To show only your selected queues un-check this.
  6. Click Set Display to save the changes.

We give the option to “Always show the queues I have delivery from“. Selecting this means we will always show your delivery queues, even if they are not selected.

Note You can also use the filter to search for specific queues
