Touchpoint – requesting a call

When you are viewing calls in a queue, you might see a call that you want to handle. TouchPoint lets you request this call from the queue. Here’s how to request a call.

  1. Click on a call in the queue. We’ll display the Request Call option.
  2. Click on Request Call

Note To make sure you have selected the right call, the phone number is displayed on the Request button.
