Touchpoint – pop-up notifications

You can select Pop-up Notifications for three areas in TouchPoint. You can do this through the Preferences window by selecting Pop-up Notifications. Pop-ups will be displayed alerting you to changes

Incoming Calls

You can choose to:

  • Show pop-up notifications for queue calls
  • Show pop-up notifications for direct calls

We will display a TouchPoint call popup which you will not be able to select and the teams call popup which you must use to answer the call.

Note Both are ticked by default.

Call Information

You can “Choose when you want call information to pop up for an incoming call“. The three options are:

  • Do not automatically pop
  • Pop on Notification
  • Pop on Accept

Agent Queues and Alerts

You can select to show pop-up notifications by placing a tick in the appropriate box.

  • Show pop-up notifications for queue alerts
  • Show pop-up notifications for agent assistance requests
  • Play sound notification for queue alerts
