When you accept an Outbound or callback call, we’ll display any messages associated with the call and or play a recording. For client requested callbacks, this might be the original message from the client. For call out campaigns this might be customer / client information, for example overdue account details. For web callback this may be a web message. For callback requests this could be a recorded message.
Messages are displayed in the interaction tab in the Interaction Window which will look similar to this:
