Touchpoint – info panel filters

You may need to filter your info panels if they are displaying too much information. The Queues, Agents, and History info panels each have a drop-down box filter and free-text filter.

Free Text Filter

Panel What we filter
Queues Queue name, Queue address, and Channel name
Agents First and Last name, Login class, and Break/Worktime reason
History Caller name, Address/Phone number, Subject for email interactions (The Info column) and Queue name
Interactions Name or Number, Queue, Info, Other, Email address, and Email subject
Panel Filter Options
Queues My Delivery (Default), My Company, My Department, My Selection and Customize *
Agents Show Only My Team, Show Only My Department, and Show All Agents
History We filter mail boxes for voice mail messages here.

My Activity, All Mailboxes, and mailboxes of the queues and users you have permissions for.

Note The History info panel drop down box filter differs from other filters in that it filters mailboxes for Voice messages

*Customize Queues Filter

The Customize Queues filter allows you to customize the My Selection view.

  1. Click on the drop down filter.
  2. Click on Advanced.
  3. Select Custom from the drop down box.
  4. Use the Filter view option to find the required Queues.
  5. Check the Queues you want to display in your My Selection view.
  6. Click Set Display to save the changes.
