You may need to filter your info panels if they are displaying too much information. The Queues, Agents, and History info panels each have a drop-down box filter and free-text filter.
Free Text Filter
Panel | What we filter |

History | Caller name, Address/Phone number, Subject for email interactions (The Info column) and Queue name |

Note The History info panel drop down box filter differs from other filters in that it filters mailboxes for Voice messages
*Customize Queues Filter
The Customize Queues filter allows you to customize the My Selection view.
- Click on the drop down filter.
- Click on Advanced.
- Select Custom from the drop down box.
- Use the Filter view
option to find the required Queues.
- Check the Queues you want to display in your My Selection view.
- Click Set Display to save the changes.
