Touchpoint – how to open Touchpoint

Opening TouchPoint

To get into TouchPoint:

1. Enter your name and password if a password box is displayed.
2. Click the Open TouchPoint button.

Select ‘Open Touchpoint’

Note What you see in the login window will depend on system configuration.

Hints and Tips

• You can manage your extension and password from the Preferences screen.
• If hot-desking, the next agent that logs in may need to change their extension in TouchPoint preferences to use their own extension number rather than the prime line that is set for the computer
