TouchPoint Agents can hold calls.
When you use Hold:
- We put your call on hold and play music to your caller (if your phone system supports this).
- The call stays on your extension, so you can’t pick up any other calls (unless you’ve got more than one line).
Holding a call:
Hover over an active call on the Hold button.
, then click theGetting a held call back:
Hover over a held call on the
, then click the Talk to button. You’re now connected to the caller, so start talking.
