You can handle Email interactions in a very similar way to interactions in other media queues in TouchPoint.
When you are logged into an Email queue we’ll deliver email messages to you. Depending on how your system is configured, we will deliver the email to your interaction window or a pop-up notification will appear and you can choose to accept it. You’ll know it’s an email because the pop-up notification will have the email icon. After clicking accept we’ll open the Touchpoint Interactions window displaying the email message. You can now type your message into the text entry box or select a template using the template selector and press send when done.
Note Pressing send will automatically complete and close the email, if this has been configured by your system administrator.
