If you’d rather use your keyboard than the mouse then you’ll love the global hotkeys! You can even use them when TouchPoint doesn’t have focus, so you don’t have to leave your current app to pick up a call, or take a break.
Tip You can turn the hotkeys on or off from the Preferences screen.
Here are all of the hotkeys that you can use:

| Win + Shift + B | Take a break |
| Win + Shift + W | Go on Worktime |
| Ctrl + Win + F5 | Park the current call |
