Touchpoint – forwarding your extension

When you forward your extension, any calls you get will be redirected to the number that you choose.

NoteIf you’ve got more than one line, you can only use TouchPoint to set the forwarding on your main extension.

To forward your extension:

  1. Click on the TouchPoint logo on the Call bar, or hover over the User State Panel, then click the Set Forwarding button. We’ll display the Call Forwarding screen.
  2. Choose where you want your calls to be forwarded to (or type in a number), then click the Forward button. We’ll show a forwarding  icon on the User State Panel, so that you know your extension is forwarded.

Canceling Call Forwarding

To stop forwarding your extension, Click on the TouchPoint logo on the Call bar, or hover over the User State Panel, then click the Cancel Forwarding button.
