There are a few ways that you can end a phone call:
From the Touchpoint callbar:
Hover over the , then click the End Call button.
Using your keyboard:
Press Win + F3.
From your handset or headset:
Note Call tabs in the interaction window cannot be manually closed while the call is still active. You’ll have to end the call before they can be closed.
