Tenancy Support – What do I need to include in the referral?

When you log a support referral, you need to include as much information as possible.

Make sure you include:

  • Why you are referring e.g rent arrears, concerns for mental health, help to buy white goods, struggling to pay rent, buy food, property condition.
  • Explain what you are looking for our tenancy support team to do e.g help apply for DAF
  • Have they got another support worker? (if they are supported by Platfform or Wallich they we will not take a support referral)
  • If they have rent arrears- how much, what benefits are they in receipt of?

Including as much information as possible will help ensure we refer the person to the right person first time.
