Yes! They can do this through My Bron Afon. They can access their via our app or through the Bron Afon website.
Under ‘Your account’ click on the ‘Set up a direct debit’ tab. They must agree to be re-directed to our payment provider ‘Allpay’ which will open in a new window.
Once they have set up your direct debit, we need to approve it.
The contract holder will then receive a direct debit confirmation letter from Allpay.
