Raising an FFHH Inspection

Inspections may be required if our customer is reporting numerous amounts of faults within their home, if large works such as fence replacements are needed or if there is a report of damp or mould within the property.

Each inspection should be logged for 1 hour at a time – Andrew Cole for South (NP44) and Craig Mahoney North (NP4).  Luke Burnett is also able to carry out inspections in the North and South check calendar.

If you are raising a FFHH case for damp and mould, please follow the below:

  1. Check for availability in inspectors’ calendar, advise tenant of AM or PM not exact time.
  2. Raise inspection in IBS with either AM or PM call and details of inspection.
  3. Raise an appointment in Yoda and assign to inspector visiting with details and time and date included.

The inspectors can have a maximum of 5 appointments per day split between 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon to allow for admin time. 

Please note that the inspectors will also have admin days blocked out in their calendars.
