If you are raising a support referral for our internal contact support team, you will need to raise a case on YODA and assign to the Inclusion and Investment Team.
You should refer to our internal team for support with:
- Set up a new contract
- Manage your rent
- Claim benefits, maximise and manage your money
- Try to lower your water costs
- Apply for funding for important household items
- Access food parcels
- Access specialist support to manage physical and/or mental health conditions
- Access support to find volunteering, training and job opportunities
