Pre-Sale Flat Enquiries – Leasehold

When a leaseholder wants to sell their flat, we will receive a request to complete an LPE1 – presale Questionnaire. This request is usually received via the leaseholder’s conveyancing solicitor. The request can be sent to the Leasehold Team who will advise on the up-to-date fee for completing the questionnaire and for supplying supporting documentation.
