In the first instance, we should ask the complainant to discuss the issue with the perpetrator, in most cases this is the best course of action however, if it is persistent or if this has not worked we would encourage them to report to us.
If the complaint is related to noise nuisance, customers can download ‘The Noise App.’ This app allows customers to use their smartphone to record instances of noise nuisance and send the recordings directly to us. We will investigate these recordings and keep the customer informed throughout the investigation.
