Commercial Premises

Bron Afon has a small number of commercial premises including shops and community buildings. These are managed by the Leasehold Team and all the tenants have lease agreements and most will pay rent. Generally, the tenant is responsible for carrying out repairs to their property (inside and out) including doors, windows and roller shutter doors. Tenants also pay us for ‘buildings insurance’ and any queries regarding the insurance can be sent to the Insurance Team.
