Depending on the scale and type of work required it might be deemed non urgent and improvement work. This work includes, gate and fence renewals, kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical rewiring and roof covering. How quickly we carry out a repair depends on the level of risk to the tenant, other people in their home, the public or the risk of further damage to their home. If there is deemed to be no risk to either, then the work will be classed as non-urgent and scheduled into one of our improvement programmes.
