We undertake certain tasks in and around Independent Living schemes, including;
- Control resident waste collection and bin stores as necessary
- Clean to a standard (see Blocks – internal)
- Fly tipping / unwanted items – liaison with residents / colleagues
- Provide support / signposting etc. e.g. as all staff when we are present we will liaise with residents
- DOC checks as specified in the procedures set out.
- Winter – leaf control (footpaths and common ground, not gutters etc.& limited gritting (in line with guidance)
