How to Report Anti-Social Behaviour

Information Needed to Investigate ASB

In order for us to investigate any Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), it’s crucial that we receive as much information as possible. Without this information, the complaint could be delayed or affected. We will need the following details:

Complainant Information

  • Name, address, and contact number of the complainant.

Information About the Person Causing the Nuisance

  • Name of the person causing a nuisance (if known).
  • Address of the person being complained about.

Details of the Nuisance

  • Type of nuisance (e.g., Noise, Harassment, Violence, Drug use, etc.).
  • Dates and frequency of the nuisance: How often and for how long has this been happening?

History of the Issue

  • Previous experience: Has the complainant experienced this before?
  • Need to ask: Have they asked the person to stop? Have they reported this before? Are other agencies aware of this issue (include a crime reference number if applicable)?
