Inspections may be required if our contract holder is reporting numerous amounts of faults within their home, if large works such as fence replacements are needed or if there is a report of damp or mould within the property.
Each inspection should be logged for 1 hour at a time – Andrew Cole for South (NP44) and Craig Mahoney North (NP4). Luke Burnett is also able to carry out inspections in the North as well as FFHS cases.
If you are raising a FFHH case for damp and mould, all information provided in IBS will need to be copied over into a TMI and assigned to Clare Archer.
The inspectors can have a maximum of 5 appointments per day split between 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon to allow for admin time. Please note that the surveyors will also have admin days blocked out in their calendars.
When booking an appointment you can advise the caller if it is an AM or PM slot but do not give a specific time.
An inspection ticket will need to be raised within IBS and then the appointment allocated into the relevant inspectors calendar in outlook.
