How to programme new fobs for Intratone
- Once you log into the Intratone Portal you will be on the home page.
- To access a particular scheme either left click on the my properties tab at the top, or the properties icon. If you click on the properties icon, it will give you the option to create or modify, select modify. This will then pull up a list of the schemes which have Intratone door entry systems installed.
- Left click on whichever scheme you wish to view and this will then bring up a list of properties in the building.
- Select the property you wish to add an additional fob to.
- This page will show you which fobs are already allocated to this property. Click on the orange create button to add an additional fob.
- Click on the create a fob or transmitter box.
- Each fob will have a specific code engraved on the obverse of the fob. Type this code into the serial box.
- Once you put the fob code in, the colour of that fob will show on the colour line. Then click save.
- You have now added the fob but still need to update the central unit.
- Click on the my properties menu to the right of the Intratone logo
- You will see that the update status box next to the property you are updating has turned red and needs updating. Click the update button next to it and then update the central unit at the property. The new fob will then become active and will open the door to the scheme, when presented to the fob reader.
