How to log a rechargeable repair

If a contract holder reports an item they have broken within their property they will be recharged for the callout.

If we attend and find repairs such as a blocked toilet/drain are through misuse this may also result in a recharge. If we receive reports of lost keys or if the tenant is locked out of the property we will attend but again will charge the cost of the job back to the contract holder. If they have a crime reference number from the police they may still be recharged.

Logging a rechargeable job is logged in the same way as a normal job apart from the following:

 

Under ‘Officer’ you will see a ‘Recharge’ box – you must tick this box to raise as a rechargeable job.
