Use this advice to walk a customer through changing their bathroom light bulb.
Before they change the bathroom light bulb, they need to make sure they use a step ladder and follow the safety instructions.
The bulb looks a little bit like a kettle element. To remove the bulb pull it downwards and replace it with the new bulb in the slot (you need a 16watt 2D bulb which is £3-£4 each).
Replace the plastic shade by matching up the ‘spaces’ and ‘prongs’ and twist again to the right or left to secure a tight fit.
