After the Homeseeker advert has closed, we start the process called shortlisting.
We have access to a list of all bids placed on each of our homes. We start from the top of the list and complete checks, if the checks are ok, we match the applicant to the property.
When the successful applicant is matched to the property, they will be unable to place any further bids on future adverts.
