There is an income and expenditure module within Yoda to help when discussing rent accounts and setting agreements.
You can find this on the tenancy screen clicking the arrow next to the address on the contents bar and chose the income and expenditure heading.
Fil in all relevant fields including the name and address at the top of the screen.
Once all amounts have been populated save the document and this will then populate a remaining monthly balance at the bottom of the screen.
This is a useful module to use when setting agreements or raising a support referral.
