Some minor works do not need an occupational therapy (OT) assessment and can be requested via our Customer Hub team. When they make a request, a referral to Care and Repair will be made. They will then contact the contract holder to arrange access to their home.
Care & Repair cannot accept referrals directly. Once completed, please send all Care & Repair referrals to the adaptations team: adaptations@bronafon.org.uk
It usually takes them around 30 working days to make contact with the contract holder. If they haven’t heard anything after this time, they can call them directly on 01495 745948. They will be able to give them up to date information about the case
