Housing Benefit – When is it paid?

Housing Benefit is usually paid direct to Bron Afon.

This will appear on the rent account as ‘Cyclical Housing Benefit’

Housing Benefit it paid in arrears every 4 weeks. It may not cover all the service charges on a rent account, so the contract holder would be expected to contribute the remainder of the charge.
