Garage rent increase letter 2024

Dear «CORRNAME1»

Rent increase for garages 2024/25

«ADDRESS1», «ADDRESS2»

I am writing to tell you that there will be an increase of 6.7% to the rent cost of your garage.

The new amount set out in the table below will start on Monday 1st April 2024 and you will need to pay the new charges from this date.

The weeks beginning 26th August and 30th December 2024 will be regarded as ‘rent free’ weeks for any tenants who are up to date with their payments.  We expect anyone who is behind with their rent to use these weeks to catch up by continuing to make payments.

We charge rent weekly every Monday and there will be 53 weeks in this calendar year. We have guidance to help you understand what this means for you.
